Tatek is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He had worked for organizations like Finchaa Sugar Factory, Akaki Spare Part, Hand Tool S.C and many more. And in those years Tatek works his way up from the lowest level to the high management Hierarchy.

But for the last fifteen years starting from 2005 up to now, He have been working in the Training and Consulting Industry in different organizations as a Leader & Manager, Life Skill & Entrepreneurship Trainer, Public Speaker and Event Organizer consistently all over Ethiopia as well as abroad amidst small group to a crowd of above 20,000. He have involved in planning, organizing, leading and providing different trainings, meetings, conferences, journeys etc.

Tatek, believes that humans are specifically equipped with natural abilities and talents, and training as such help them to unleash their fullest potentials. Currently he is working as a GM of Kefeta Training & Consulting PLC a company he himself established to provide trainings and consultancy.
